STAFFING AND ITS STEPS




In the modern day context things are getting automated and the Artificial intelligences came to play a vital role in the organizations. However yet the human factor is a game changing fact that people seeks humans. Thereby one of the major task in HRM is STAFFING

EFFICIANT STAFING involves the entire hiring process from advertising to negotiation salary, apprasal and development of selected staff . within the entire process there are seven main activities or stages  

DEVELOPMENT OF A STAFING PLAN. 



In this first stage of staffing HRM determines the number of staff required and the type of staff required

EMPLOYEMENY OF PERSONAL

This can be elaborate as recruitment and selection of people as required by the organization

Recruitment    : This refers as a process of searching for potential employees and  make                                  secure them for  a particular job function in the organization

Selection          is the process of choosing and appointing the right candidates for                                  various jobs in the organization


PLACEMENT

This is a very much a vital factor where it ensures the allocation right person to a right job function .Accordingly when a new employee report to a job ,person need to be assigned to the most suitable function. if the assignment is not workout perfectly adjustment to be made via assigning training program or transferred to some other job 

 







INDUCTION

Induction is a process of introducing or orienting a new recruited employee to the organization. The new employees are familiarized with their units, supervisors and fellow employees


TRANING

Training is the most important factor to groomed the recruited employee to a grater extent. Enhancing the skill level and the knowledge is the basic of training and  on the job training is useful for the operative ground level employees



COMPANSATION

This refers to dully remunerate the recruited employees by the their level of recruited , nature of work and  degree of risk involved


PERFORMANCE APRAISAL 

This Involves the rating and evaluation for a particular period of the  employees performance .Thereby transferring, promoting or rewarding based on the achieved rating upon the evaluation
