Induction is a process of introducing or orienting a new recruited employee to the organization. The new employees are familiarized with their units, supervisors and fellow employees
TRANING
Training is the most important factor to groomed the recruited employee to a grater extent. Enhancing the skill level and the knowledge is the basic of training and on the job training is useful for the operative ground level employees
