DEFINITION

Attitude is a way of feeling towards a person, thing or situation.



Thereby when employees are happy and positive the attitude and productivity more likely to be a positive one

Accordingly the Human remorse manager should effectively managing the workplace and employees, which may lead to positively build attitudes and even improve your company’s performance.


THINGS CAN AFFECT EMPLOYEE ATTITUDES

It is nice to see the work place with people are smiling and corporate each other in every bit of the work related functions in all time. However the utter truth is there are enough of reasons to weak the positive bonds towards employees. Thereby HRM role is to manage the work place and the act upon the factors bring negativity to the work place.

Following are the approaches that will mitigate the organizational negative thoughts and embrace positive attitudes

Employee Engagement

·         Vale the organizational                     statements

·         Providing strong leadership

·         Empowering line managers

The Psychological Contract

There are facts that mutually agreed but not legislative facts and documented.so physiological contract would broke if the employer act unfair, which leads to negative attitudes. Thereby approach sensitively to the psychological contract is benefited both organization and the employee  

Throwing out the personal issues and problems outside the organization

Personal matters and personal setbacks may bring negative attitudes to the work area. However effectively manage those fact by HR personal may benefited and eradicate negative attitudes

Ensure and entrust the employees to raise their voices

·         A good listener

·         Takes concerns seriously

·         Let feel them sense of belonginess

 

 

 

MANAGE NEGATIVE EMPLOYEE ATTITUDES

Despite the achievement made on the organizations side, No matter how people are manage in a better way organization will face negative employee attitudes at some point. And since negative emotions are Toxic, managing should be done effectively and efficiently

  6. I would love to see the attitude matter in Psychological viewpoint. At some points, we give responsibilities to the people with negative attitudes.. so that they find how they are important to the process. ultimately all the employees around him will end up with a positive and productive one.

    "When working with staff from Gen Y or Gen Next, the management (which will mainly comprise the Gen X's and/or Baby Boomers) should be really smart in grooming them as rounded professionals to align with the culture of the particular organization!
